In addition, we consider the active participation of diverse personnel as one of a material issue for sustainability, recognizing diversity and individual personality and abilities, and aiming to create a vibrant workplace.
We are promoting initiatives for respect for human rights under the "Honda Human Rights Policy", which is a common guideline for the Honda Group.
