Job Description Mission-critical duties at domestic and overseas offices
(sales, finance/accounting, legal/administration/HR, IT, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria Currently enrolled in public or private four-year university or graduate school in Japan or overseas
Eligible Majors All majors in all faculties
Work Location Transfers within Japan and overseas
Salary (Starting Salary) University/graduate school graduates: ¥245,300
*Not including various allowances
Working Hours Flex time
Core time 10:00–15:00
Standard working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (8 hours)
※Remote work policy available
Wage Revision Annually in June
Bonuses Twice annually in June and December
Days off and Leave Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday. *Attendance on public holidays may be required)
Year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, Golden Week, annual paid leave, etc.
*Days off per annum: 121 days (details as per company annual calendar)
