Announcement of Establishment of Joint Venture with Shinry Technologies Co., Ltd.
Honda Trading is pleased to announce that Honda Trading (CHINA) Co., Ltd. has agreed to establish a Joint Venture (Xinben New Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Venture”) with Shinry Technologies Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China on 30th April, 2024.
Through this Joint Venture, we will contribute to the spread of infrastructure aimed at building an electrified society and achieving carbon neutrality by supplying quick charger, energy storage products, and related components. We aim to sell our quick charger worldwide, and our energy storage products worldwide except for Japan.
