2007 Eastablished Rajasthan Prime Steel Processing Center Pvt. Ltd., capitalised at 10 Million Rupees, invested by Honda Trading Corporation
2008 Increased Capital to 990 Million Rupees and Joint Venture Agreement was signed by Honda Trading Corporation, Steel Center Co., Ltd., Honda Cars India Ltd. and Honda Trading Corporation India Pvt. Ltd.
Company started production with 800 ton, slitting, C Type press, Manual shearing, Tailor welding Machines.
2010 ISO Certification - EMS (Environment Management System) ISO 14001:2004
2011 Expansion of capacity by Installing 200 ton Machine for small size blanks, 250 ton and 500 ton Machines for disc brake business
2012 ISO Certification - OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) 18001:2007
2014 ISO Certification - TS (Technical Specification) 16949:2009
Increased capital to 1.39 Billion Rupees and Honda Trading Asia Co., Ltd. became the new Joint Venture Partner
